For students who have already completed the 200-hour initial training (other recognised schools accepted), there is a three-part yoga teacher training to follow, starting 16 August, 1 September and 27 September. Each part is 500 hours total, and will provide an advanced diploma and deeper knowledge into the practice.
The full course explores yoga sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, or ancient yoga texts, as well as a more in-depth study of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to yoga therapy.
